Shipping and Returns

UK Orders

All UK orders are shipped out via Royal Mail first class signed for service. For made to order items we aim to have the item with you within 2 weeks from the point of order. Tracking numbers are provided with dispatch notifications via email once your order has been shipped out.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via insured overseas postage. Shipping times can vary between 1-2 weeks depending on the destination. Tracking numbers are provided with dispatch notifications via email once your order has been shipped out.

Returns Policy

One-size items such as pendants, chains and earrings can be shipped back to our us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be sent via a tracked and signed service.

Made to order, specific sized items such as rings and custom pieces can be returned to us on a per-instance basis for a partial/ full refund.
