The TCD Lifetime Warranty covers accidental/minor structural damage associated with extended wear, including but not limited to:

- Minor scratches

 - Band splitting

- Minor cracks in metal

- Dulling of surface 

- Bending of protruding features

-  Deformation of band

- Resetting of stones (if applicable)

This warranty does not cover:

- Lost/stolen items

- Missing gemstones

- Major damage

Evaluation for suitability of claim will be dealt with on a per-piece basis
